An American actor, born on March 22, 1920, in Texas. After high school, he attended Baylor University and then started acting in films in 1941, participating in more than 40 films, including Air Force (1943), Going My Way (1944), and Sands of Iwo Jima (1949). He died after a long battle with lung cancer on April 11, 1992, in California, USA.
