A Syrian musician and poet, born in Daraa, Syria. He was one of the most prominent poetic voices in Syria. Among his poems, the late Fouad Ghazi sang his most famous song, "Taab El Mishwar.". The audience got to know the voice of the late poet at an early stage in the birth of Syrian drama through the series The Palace Alley (1970), which is considered one of the first black-and-white Syrian drama productions. His voice was one of the main features of the most famous Syrian dramas, including the series Fawzia (1977), The Groom (1975), and My Grandfather's House (2008). He died at the age of 70 in Dubai on February 18, 2014.
