A Saudi businessman and poet born Mansour bin Hamdan bin Hamed Al Balwi in Jeddah in 1964. He obtained a BA in Economics and was president of Al-Ittihad Club in Jeddah. He had written several songs for artists like Mohammed Abdu such as "Al Amaken". He also wrote the credits song for the series For Security Purposes (2002).
