An American actor, born on July 14, 1939, in Fresno, California. He began his career in 1960 after the head of the drama department at his high school encouraged him to become an actor. He made his acting debut in a short student film entitled The Host (1960). His notable films include Jackie Brown (1997), Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004), and Halloween (2007).
