A French actor, born on October 6, 1929, in Saint-Mandé, Seine, France, as Bruno Jean Marie Crémer. He received the Golden Bayard Award in 1990. Bruno married Chantal Hillion (1984-2010), with whom he had two children, remaining with her until his death. Among his most notable works are Is Paris Burning? (1966), Sorcerer (1977), and Under the Sand (2000). After finishing high school, Bruno headed to Paris, where he joined the Conservatoire de Paris and worked in the French theater, appearing in productions of the works of Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, and Jean Anouilh. Moreover, he participated in dozens of films, then moved on to work on television, appearing in more than 50 TV movies. Bruno Cremer died on August 7, 2010, in Paris, France, of tongue cancer.
