A Canadian actress of Lithuanian descent, born in Toronto, Ontario. She grew up in Parkdale and studied at the Etobicoke School of the Arts. While Yulia was attending school, she studied during her junior year in Germany. After graduating from the theater program at Humber College in 2008, she began her artistic career. She is known for Covert Affairs (2011) and Nikita (2011).
