An American-Irish actor, who was born on January 3, 1941 in Dublin, and grew up in London. He died on June 29, 2018 in the United States. He was a former member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Scottish National Theatre, with several leading theater productions in Edinburgh, Stratford-upon-Avon and London's West End. His long and successful career includes numerous starring roles in film and television in the United States, Britain and Australia. He debuted in 1969, then acted in several artworks, most notably: Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Seascape (1994), and The Vampire: Don't Fall for the Devil's Illusions (2004).
