An American actress, born in Nashville, Tennessee, US. She received a bachelor’s degree in theater from Stephens College, Missouri. She made her film debut in 1978 in Corvette Summer, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe. She's known for voicing Bo Peep in the Toy Story films. Her other notable works include Ghostbusters (1984) and Pretty in Pink (1986).
