Phil Lewis is an American actor, director, and producer, born on February 14, 1968, in Uganda. In 1986, Phil was a Presidential Scholar in the Arts and was awarded a medal from US President Reagan. His film debut was in Heathers (1988) as Dennis. He's known for City Slickers (1991), Kicking & Screaming (2005), and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (2005-2008).
