A Turkish actor, born in Istanbul. He graduated from the Conservatory and began working in acting in 1970. He started as an amateur actor on stage until he became a professional theater actor and worked in many theaters, then he entered the world of cinema. He is known for Aman Karim Duymasin (1976), Evlidir Ne Yapsa Yeridir (1978), Tanriya Feryat (1980), and Islak Mendil (1982).
