An American actress, born on July 18, 1934, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, USA, as Darlene Ann Conley. She married actor William Woodson (1959-1966), with whom she had a son, Raymond, and after they divorced, she married Kurt Hensch (1970-1981), but they also divorced. She is known for The Bold and the Beautiful (1989-2006), for which she was nominated twice for a Daytime Emmy Award, Faces (1968), Pittige tijden (1998), and Circle of Fear (1972). Darlene Conley was of Irish-German descent. She made her movie debut in The Birds (1963). The character Sally, which Darlene played in The Bold and the Beautiful (1987), is the only soap opera character that has been included in Madame Tussaud's wax figure galleries. She died on January 14, 2007, in Los Angeles, California, USA, of stomach cancer.
