Egyptian media personality born in Illinois, US on 15 December 1984 to Egyptian immigrant parents. Her father emigrated to the US in 1974 to work as an nuclear power plant engineer in Chicago. She attended Northern Illinois University and specialized in clinical nutrition. She took part in the TV program Dr. Chef (2013).
