A British author, lecturer, and international arts education consultant for government and non-profit organizations, born in Liverpool, England. He contracted polio at the age of four. He attended Liverpool Collegiate School and Wade Deacon Grammar School. He obtained a degree from the University of Leeds in Britain. He also obtained a doctorate from the University of London, researching drama and theater in education. His credits include Ciggies (2006) and Revolution-Edu (2020).
