Biography
An Albanian writer and director, born in Montenegro, Yugoslavia in 1947. He is the brother of the novelist Rexhep Qosja. He studied at the University of Pristina. He wrote many documentaries and directed Proka (1985) and Three Windows and a Hanging (2014).
