A Tunisian director and writer, born in 1984 in Tunisia to Tunisian director Nouri Bouzid. She studied arts at the Sorbonne University in Paris. She wrote many short films, the most famous of which are Un ange passe (2010) and Zakaria (2013). She was nominated for several awards at several notable festivals for her first feature film, As I Open My Eyes (2015).
