An Emirati producer, writer, and screenwriter born in 1960 in Al Ain. He studied his first elementary grades there and completed his studies in Abu Dhabi. He obtained a BA in Media and French Literature from the UAE University in 1984. He did postgraduate studies at the Arab...Read more Press Institute, Sorbonne University in Paris. He worked in the journalistic and media field and worked as head of military media. He also worked as editor-in-chief of Al-Ittihad newspaper, head of the Emirates Writers, and Writers Union. He became a member of the World Journalists Organization and served as a member of the advisory board for "A Book in the Newspaper" project of UNESCO. In 1981, he wrote his diaries in the city of Al Ain, and in 1986, he published his first story entitled "Hassoun Al Hawai". He is known for writing and directing the movie, A Tale of Water, Palm Trees and Family.
