A Danish screenwriter, born on June 15, 1978, in Copenhagen, Denmark. His works include The Marco Effect (2021), A Funny Man (2011), and A Fortunate Man (2018). He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2007. He wrote the short film The Pig, which was nominated for an Academy Award in 2009. In 2011, he won the Danish film and television industry's biggest talent award, the Nordisk Film Award. He is the son of Danish film and television director Bille August.
