Kay Thompson was an American actress author, singer, composer, musician, dancer, and choreographer. She was born as Catherine Louise Fink on November 9, 1909, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. In the 1930s, Thompson began her career in radio. Her film debut was in the 1943 American musical-comedy film I Dood It. Thompson is also famous for her roles in The Kid from Brooklyn (1946), Funny Face (1957), and Tell Me That You Love Me, Junie Moon (1970). Kay died on July 2, 1998, in New York City, New York, USA.
