Celeste Holm is an American actress, born in Brooklyn, New York City on April 29, 1917. She died in Manhattan, New York on July 15, 2012 of a heart attack. She received Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and a Grammy Hall of Fame. Celeste Holm's most important works are: All About Eve (1950), Come to the Stable (1949), and Gentleman's Agreement (1947).
