A Canadian comedian, television personality, and actor, whose full name is Howard Michael Mandel. He was born on November 29, 1955, in Toronto. He rose to fame after hosting the NBC show Deal or No Deal. Before Mandel was known as a quiz show host, he was known for his role in the medical drama St. Elsewhere (1982-1988) as Dr. Wayne. He was also known for his participation in Bobby's World (1990-1998) and Gremlins (1984). Mandel also appeared in many commercials. Starting from season 5 of the show America's Got Talent, Mandel has replaced David Hasselhoff as one of the judges.
