An English actress of South African origin, born in Johannesburg, South Africa. She moved to England with her parents when she was only six weeks old, and after about four years, they returned to South Africa before Doreen returned to the United Kingdom in her twenties. She participated in several artistic works, including Scoop (2006) and The Sarah Jane Adventures (2007).
