She participated in professional dance and ballet groups, worked in fashion shows, and appeared in several advertising campaigns. After eventually showing a greater interest in acting, she graduated from the Yoram Loewenstein Studio of Performing Arts in Tel Aviv. She starred in the first Israeli horror film, Rabies (2010). She gained international acclaim before moving to Hollywood, appearing in several works such as the series Split (2009), Reign (2013), and Jane the Virgin (2014).
