American actress born on 15 October 1879 in Missouri. Her most notable role is in The Grapes of Wrath (1940). Other notable works of hers include: Gone with the Wind (1939), The Rains Came (1939), We're Not Married! (1952), and Mary Poppins (1964). She passed away on 13 August 1967 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles due to a heart attack.
