Mohamed El Shawady is an Egyptian writer and director. He received a training course in directing and theatrical acting at the Academy of Arts and obtained a bachelor’s degree from the International Academy of Media Sciences, as well as a training course in film directing in 2012 from New York Film Academy. He wrote and directed a number of films, including the documentary Rage Revolution (2011). He was also an executive director for battles and effects in the series Imam Al-Ghazali (2012).
