British director, writer, and actor, born in 1959, in Hampstead, London. Among his most famous works are: Waxwork (1988), Prince Valiant (1997), Knife Edge (2009), and Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992), for which he won the Pegasus Audience Award at Brussels International Festival of Fantasy Film.
