A Japanese actress, born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, to a Japanese mother and a Japanese-American father. She grew up in New Jersey, United States, and received singing lessons before returning to Japan, and then moved to London, where she chose to remain despite the departure of her parents. She obtained a high school diploma, then studied arts, and worked in theater in 1983. Mori participated in many works, such as Everest (2015) and Mr. Malcolm's List (2022).
