An American writer and director, born in Ashland, Kentucky, in the United States. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles. She wrote and directed for the first time in Border Radio (1987). She also presented Gas Food Lodging (1992), Grace of My Heart (1996), and Things Behind the Sun (2001).
