German musician. Born on January 26, 1962, in Munich, Germany. He is the son of Turkish immigrants. He studied from 1982 to 1986 at the Munich Music College and also studied at the Film and Television Academy in 1987. Parallel to his studies, he began working early with a number of different bands and projects as a pianist, keyboardist, and composer. He also worked as a radio presenter, transcriber, editor, and music teacher. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he worked extensively in various theaters as a composer, musician, and musical director. In addition to his music for the theater, his works have been realized in numerous performances and concerts, and as soundtracks for numerous films and television productions.
