American screenwriter, producer, and editor. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky, USA. He studied at Western Kentucky University's teacher training school and holds a BFA in design. He also studied acting at the University of Southern California. His artistic works include Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) and Fright Night Part 2 (1988).
