An American actor, writer and producer, born in California on March 24, 1980. His acting journey began with his mother Debbie, who used to take him to acting lessons for fun. The coach discovered his talent early, so that Locke began his artistic career. He is best known for his television roles, the most important of which is his role in the series True Detective, and he also participated in the 2016 movie The Neighbor.
