An American stand-up comedian and actor, born in Wisconsin, United States. His family later moved to the Lower East Side of Manhattan in NYC. He obtained a BA with a double major in English and Sociology from the City College of New York in 1953. He also became a Republican. Among his credits are Sleeper (1973) and Caddyshack II (1988).
