An Iranian director and writer, born in 1972 in Tehran, Iran. He attended the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris-La Villette, obtaining his degree in 2000. In 1999, he co-created the magazine L'Arrosoir, which was devoted to issues of city and land usage. In 2004, he presented his first documentary film, which screened at many international festivals. His works include Bassidji (2009), Iranien (2014), and Behesht zahra (2004).
