American film producer, born on April 5, 1909, in Queens, New York, United States. He was raised in New York on the family farm. He worked in many jobs, then joined the film industry. He's best known for producing many of the James Bond films, including Dr. No (1962), Moonraker (1979), and Goldfinger (1964). He died on June 27, 1996, in Beverly Hills, California.
