Egyptian football midfielder, born on January 16, 1980. He debuted in the Junior World Cup in 1997 with the Egyptian national team and joined the Zamalek youths team. He joined the regular team in the 1999-2000 season and won 10 championships with Zamalek until 2009. He moved to El Entag El Harby SC for a season and played with ENPPI SC for two seasons. Afterwards, he retired from playing and started working as a sports commentator and coach. He appeared as himself in the 2009 movie The International.
