An American actress, dancer, choreographer, singer and songwriter, born in Chicago, California. She worked with choreographers Toni Basil and Fatima Robinson, directors Debbie Allen and George C. Wolfe, and artists Beyoncé and Dave Stewart. She was the founder and lead singer of the EDM band The BareRoot. Among her credits are Ali (2001) and Legally Blonde (2001).
