A Moroccan actor and director is considered one of the first directors to enter the world of television drama in Morocco in the mid-seventies. He graduated from the National Audiovisual Institute in Paris in 1971, the same year he joined Moroccan television as a director. His last work was The Spider's Web (2014). He was the first Moroccan to win the Best Director award at the Television Festival in Cairo in 1998, for his series Wolves Around. He passed away on June 17, 2021.
