A Canadian actress, born in Montreal, Canada. She starred in the movie Sonatine (1984), for which she was nominated for a Genie Award for Best Actress. In 1995, she starred in the movie Eldorado, as well as her first feature film in the English language When Night Is Falling. For these two films, she was nominated for a Genie Award for Best Actress, and she appeared in New Zealand, American, and French productions. Among her other credits are Love Project (2016) and Ma vie en cinemascope (2004).
