A Romanian actress, born in Hunedoara, Romania. She graduated from the Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography, and began her career in 1961 at the Bucharest Regional Theater, and since 1969 she has been an actress at the Odeon Theater. She also worked in cinema, radio, and television, and made her first appearance on the big screen in Pacala (1974). Among her credits are Angela merge mai departe (1982), Balanta (1991) and Liceenii (1986).
