A French writer and director, born on October 30, 1961, in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine, France. His directorial debut Voyages (1999), earned him the César Award for Best First Work (Meilleure première oeuvre). Emmanuel is a former student of FEMIS. He is known for Madame Jacques on the Croisette (1997) and Casting (2001).
