Taiwanese actress, born in Taipei, Taiwan. When she was twelve years old, her family relocated to Santa Barbara, California. She earned a degree in economics from UCLA. She made several demo tapes in the hopes of becoming a singer, but instead she was flooded with requests to model for television shows and printed ads. She began her artistic career in the late 1990s, and her most important works include Zhu ba da lian meng (2002), Dong Jing shen pan (2006), Qi chuan xu xu (2009) and Fu zi (2006).
