An Iraqi writer and director, born in 1984. He studied arts at the University of Baghdad. His first film, Hassan in Wonderland (2014), won 7 awards and participated in 40 international festivals, including the Dubai International Film Festival. He is best known for writing and directing the film Abraham (2016).
