Canadian director and writer, born on May 9, 1957, in Cannes, Alpes-Maritimes, France. He is the son of Ben Barzman and Norma Barzman. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. He won the Gemini Award for Best Direction in a Children's or Youth Program or Series. He is known for La Garçonne (2020) and Emotional Arithmetic (2007).
