A Lebanese artist and musician, born in Beirut. He graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University. His works revolve around consumer culture and collective history. He won the Abraaj Capital Arts Award in 2012. Raed Yassin participates in organizing the Irtijal Festival and has released several music albums. In 2009, he was a founding member of Al-Nihaya Production Company. In 2016, he composed Parallel Gemstones, a 12-piece of music that was played at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York. His other credits include the film Tombé Du Ciel (2016).
