• An American writer, born in Seattle, Washington. He studied art at the University of California, Berkeley, and then at the University of Washington, Seattle. He became a writer for...Read more KOMO television, and from 1948 to 1950, worked as a writer for educational documentaries at Emerson Films. From 1950 to 1953, he was a writer and director at Signal Photo. In 1953, he also worked as a copywriter for Weinberg, headed the Documentary Research Department at UCLA, and co-founded Maxim Productions Inc. In 1957, he worked as a screenwriter for United Artists in Los Angeles and became a screenwriter for Rosamond Productions. In 1989, he co-founded Collaborator Systems Inc., as Collaborator was the screenwriting software used in the 1990s.
