An American actress, born in Salinas, California, on July 20, 1890. Verna Felton began working in the theater at the age of 10, and gained extensive experience in the theater and on radio, before turning to cinema and television. She was famous for her distinctive voice, that's why she participated in many productions as a voice actress. Verna Felton was nominated for an Emmy in 1958 and 1959 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1960 for her television work. Among her most notable works are Cinderella (1950), Alice in Wonderland (1951), Sleeping Beauty (1959), and The Jungle Book (1967). She died in North Hollywood in Los Angeles, California on December 14, 1966.
