British actor, born in the United Kingdom. He grew up in London from a young age and studied at Sunnyhill School and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He joined the National Theatre, where he resided for five years, playing many major roles in Shakespeare's works. He began his acting career in 1964 and participated in several films, including The Family Way (1966), The Virgin Soldiers (1969), Percy (1971), and The Love Ban (1973). He died on July 25, 2017, in Cardiff, United Kingdom.
