An American actor and writer, born in St. Louis, Missouri. He got his first real opportunity to present a comedy show when producer Hugh Hefner saw his performance and hired him to perform in the nightclub he owned in the early sixties. In the early 1970s, he stopped performing comedy shows to focus more on political activism, and in the 1980s he turned his focus to promoting the importance of healthy diet. Among his credits are The Hot Chick, The Leisure Seeker, and Reno 911!. He died on August 19, 2017.
