An American writer and actress, born in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Somerset High School, graduating in 1983, then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earning a degree in chemical engineering in 1987. She wrote The Sweetest Thing (2002), Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star (2003), and Bad Actress (2011).
