Sally Forrest was born in San Diego, California, USA on May 28, 1928. After graduating from high school, Sally Forrest signed on with MGM, appearing in small roles, until director and actress Ida Lupino borrowed her from MGM and presented her in several films, where Sally received critical acclaim, so MGM brought her back and gave her bigger roles, but when her husband moved to New York, she moved with him, and started working on Broadway, and re-collaborated with Ida Lupino. Among her most notable works are Not Wanted (1949), Mystery Street (1950), Vengeance Valley (1951), and Son of Sinbad (1955). She died on March 15, 2015, in Beverly Hills, California.
