A Ukrainian screenwriter and director, born in Ukraine. In 2004, she graduated from Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University, after which Marina worked in experimental theater. She took part in a six-month workshop for documentary filmmakers from Europe organized by La Fémis film school in Paris. She directed a number of short films and wrote a number of screenplays. Her 2015 short film Man's Work won the Golden Duke Award at the National Short Film Competition Program at the Odesa International Film Festival. She is known for Desaturated (2019) and Falling (2017).
